To enhance employees' awareness of fire safety, improve their emergency response capabilities in dealing with sudden fire accidents, and effectively strengthen the company's safety production line, Guizhou Fuquan Chuandong Chemical Co., Ltd. held a fire protection skills training and practical drill themed "Comprehensive Fire Prevention, Life First" in the open space of the yellow phosphorus tank area on the afternoon of April 22.

　　At the start of the activity, General Manager of the company delivered a speech. He encouraged everyone to cherish this learning opportunity, actively participate in practical exercises, and hoped that everyone would popularize the learned fire safety knowledge to their family members and friends around them, truly realizing "everyone talks about safety, and everyone can respond to emergencies". General Manager fully affirmed the organization and significance of this fire drill, emphasizing that fire safety is the lifeline of enterprise development and must be persisted in unremittingly. Subsequently, the personnel of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department detailed the uses and operation methods of various fire extinguishers, and conducted on-site demonstrations of the installation steps of fire hoses, fire hydrants and fire guns.

　　On the basis of mastering theoretical knowledge, the drill entered the practical operation link. The personnel of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department placed cotton thread soaked in gasoline on the fire-starting tool and ignited it. All participants, in groups of two, took turns to put out the fire source with dry powder fire extinguishers. Everyone consciously formed two teams, took turns to operate, with standard actions and tacit cooperation. After completing the fire extinguisher use practice, on-site drills on the installation and use of fire hoses were also carried out simultaneously, further strengthening employees' proficiency in the operation process of fire-fighting equipment.
