Industrial Grade STPP
STPP is white granular or powder with a density of 0.35-0.95g/cm3 and a melting point of 622°C. It is soluble in water and alkaline in aqueous solution. Hydrolysis into orthophosphate gradually in water, which has good ability to complex metal ions. It can complex with Ca, Mg, Fe and other metal ions to form soluble complexes. It can soften hard water. As an inorganic surfactant, it has some properties of organic surfactant. The industrial grade STPP of Huishui CD is made of authentic raw materials by thermal process, with less impurities, low heavy metal content and the highest cost performance ratio. It can be used as additives for synthetic detergents, water softeners for industrial use, water softeners for boilers, drilling mud dispersants, paper industry as antifouling agents, soap synergists and strip soap oil precipitation and frosting prevention, etc.
Ceramic STPP
Ceramic STPP of CD are mainly used in ceramic industry as ceramic degumming agent, water reducing agent, synthetic detergent additives, industrial water softener, boiler water softener, drilling mud dispersant, paper industry as anti-oil stain agent, soap synergist and Anti-strip soap oil precipitation and frosting. It has strong emulsifying effect on lubricating oil and fat. It can be used to adjust the PH value of buffer soap solution and as dispersant when suspension is prepared in industries such as dyeing additives, paint, kaolin, magnesium oxide and calcium carbonate.
Food Grade STPP
The food grade STPP of CD is mainly used as a quality improver in meat products, canned meat and other food industries. Food-grade STPP produced by CD possesses food production license. It uses authentic thermal process phosphoric acid and soda ash with stable quality and low content of heavy metals.
