On the morning of July 29th, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation between Chongqing Wansheng Chuandong Chemical Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Xinyoumu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyoumu Company") was held in the Wansheng Chuandong Conference Room. The two parties will jointly fund the establishment of a joint venture company. It is reported that the newly established company is located in the factory of Wansheng Chuandong, with a total investment of 30 million yuan. The project is expected to be completed by March 2021. The new company will use feed formic acid, calcium formate, potassium diformate and other products produced by Chuandong Chemical as raw materials, and take advantage of the technologies, markets and hardware equipment of both parties to engage in the research and development, production and sales of feed additive acidifiers and animal protection products.
