It has been fifty years since CD was built in 1958.Fifty years ago,it was a street enterprise.Before 1984,it was called the industrious and thrifty chemical plant.After 1984,it was renamed the CD Chemical Plant.By 1998,it was renamed the CD Chemical Group.Over the past few decades,our development at all stages has been very difficult and unbalanced.
Since 1979,we have been dealing with "phosphorus".In 1984,we had a 3000-volt-ampere electric furnace and started to make phosphoric acid.Our old product,sulfonated coal,was gradually eliminated.In 1989,because of the better market,we created a profit of 5 million yuan with a output value of only 14 million yuan.This can be said to be the first barrel of gold for the development of CD,and it is very precious.Yesterday in CD is a sweaty labor history.Without the inheritance of hard spirit,there would be no today in CD.

First wealth:more than 100 million fixed assets and more than 300 million total assets.This is a hard asset created and left behind by generations of new and old comrades.

We are a phosphate company,but at the same time we have fine chemicals,formate,not only hot process phosphoric acid but also wet process phosphoric acid.We have leading technology in the industry.Our sodium pentachloride has been rated as a national brand and won the trust of customers.Our enterprises in CD have considerable trust in banks,industries and the public.Our pentasodium,hexasodium,phosphoric acid,formic acid and reagents developed later have been recognized by customers,so this intangible asset is very valuable.
The third fortune:We have created a unique corporate culture in CD.We advocate the spirit of hard struggle,thrift,pragmatism,innovation and never being satisfied in CD.We should dare to innovate.Of course,innovation is based on seeking truth from facts.Therefore,the spirit of CD is summarized and embodied in past practice.

Develop by variety.Our development is always working hard on varieties,expanding existing varieties according to market needs,increasing varieties and developing product trees around the foundation of phosphate.Phosphorus is used as phosphoric acid and phosphate,and then formate is derived.Formic acid,sodium formate,potassium formate and calcium formate are all the varieties we have developed.
Survival by quality.Why can we sell our STPP?And it can sell at a good price? That is the quality is too excellent!We have experienced the shortage of phosphate supply in 1998 and 2004,but more often when products are unsalable and cannot be sold.We can not realize the importance of quality when the products are selling well.We can fully realize the importance of quality when the products are not selling well.Because the first choice for customers to buy is quality.When the prices are equal,the customers will definitely buy the products with good quality.So our quality concept has been implemented in practice.Only when the quality of products is affirmed can we have a chance to survive.
Seeking benefits through management.CD's management has been recognized by many comrades in the industry.Although we have many shortcomings,the guiding ideology is clear,that is,we should do a good job of internal management and the combination of people,money and things.Why can we survive so long in the phosphate industry?Without resources and power advantages,others can't produce it for various reasons.Why can we produce it?That's because we have made comprehensive use of it.Our yellow phosphorus tail gas,phosphorus slag and mud phosphorus are fully recovered and not wasted.
