Property: Colorless liquid with corrosivity. It is the aqueous solution of hydrogen chloride. Has irritating odor and the concentrated hydrochloric acid has strong volatility.

Transportation and storage: Should be shipped with special tank car or storage tank, and regularly clean. Should be packed with the polyethylene plastic drum, glass reinforced plastic container or special ceramics jar in accordance to requirements of the Food Packing Standard. Avoid transporting with alkaline substances or toxic substances.
