Why does each production base of Chuandong chemical industry have to carry out various emergency drills every year?
1.In addition to sodium tripolyphosphate,sodium hexametaphosphate and other phosphate products,chemical products in Chuandong also produce general dangerous chemicals such as formic acid,phosphoric acid,concentrated formic acid,polyphosphoric acid,hydrochloric acid,sulfuric acid,nitric acid and other special dangerous chemicals.
2.Regular emergency drills related to hazardous chemicals production can not only improve the awareness and attention of workers (especially front-line operators) on hazardous chemicals,but also teach them how to deal with various hazardous events.
3.Emergency drills,such as safe fire protection and environmental protection,can enable employees to learn the possibility of safety hazards,classification of fire hazards,consequences and how to prevent and escape.
