Property: Yellow phosphorus is colorless wax-type crystal, with garlic odor. Relative density 1.82 (20℃). Melting point 44.1℃. Boiling point 280℃. Relative steam density 4.3. Insoluble in water, easily soluble in fat, carbon disulfide and other organic solvents. Spontaneous combustion in the air at room temperature and oxidiation into diphosphorus trioxide and phosphorus pentoxide, so stored in water.
Packing photo and instruction: This product is packed with closed steel drum or tank, the liquid is packed with tank or steel drum, its performance and testing method should be comply with the relevant provisions. Net weight 200kg per drum. 2000kg per tand.

Fire protection: To put our a fire by spray water, prevent splash, can cover by sand or soil until the extinguish of the fire and phosphorus sodification, cover with wet sand to prevent from after-combustion. The firefighter must wear rubber clothing, trousers, rubber boot, and protective oral-nasal mask.
Storage and transportation notice, packing mark: Inflammable solid. Counter mark: Poison product.Packing: (I) category. (a) Packed with drum, the yellow phosphorus should be fully immersed in water. (b) Put in the glass bottle, plastic bottle or metal container with water, the material should be fully immersed in it, put into solid wooden case after closely sealed. (c) The metal container should be sealed by inert gas. Storage and transportation condition: It is best to stored in low cool and ventilated warehouse, at the temperature of 28℃. The warehouse should be equipped with pool or water tank, to seal by immerson in the water or by inert gas. Check it three times a day, to ensure the water surface is 5cm higher than the phosphorus. Treat immediately in case of package damage or insufficience of water. Ater the operation, wash the hand and face with soap and clean water. Storage period: 4 months. Fire control: By water, abandon all the damaged containers. This product is commonly stored in metal drum.
Leakage treatment: To treat the leakage, must wear the protective oral-nosal mask and gloves. To cover by wet sand, put into the drum and discard to the open place, let it dry and brun up.
Contact occasion: The industry contact with yellow phosphorus include: to prepare yellow phosphorus from calcium phosphate tribasic, to prepare red phosphorus, phosphorus pentoxide and phosphoric acid by heating the yellow phosphorus, etc.
Emergency treatment: Away from the poisoning environment, take off the poisoning clothes, rinse the skin by plenty of clean water, pay attention to extinguishment and elimination of phosphorus particle. If cannot rinse with water, should cover the surface of wound by wet cloth. Clear the wound if necessary. Rinse with 1% Copper(II) sulfate, should prevent over absorption of copper and copper poisoning. Rinsh the stomach absolutely if poisoning through mouth, by 0.2% Copper(II) sulfate liuqid.
