Application: In the food industry, TKPP is used as an emulsifier, texturizer, chelating agent, and also as a raw material for alkaline water for flour products. It is often used in combination with other condensed phosphates to prevent the formation of struvite in canned seafood and prevent fruit discoloration; to increase the expansion of ice cream, the yield of ham and sausage, and the water retention of ground fish; to improve the taste of flour products and increase the yield, and to prevent cheese aging, etc.
